Rather than prescribing a particular architectural style or type of home, Callisto Views gives purchasers the opportunity to respond to the individual character of their property — whether that means contemporary architecture, timber frame, mountain modern, something more traditional, or an entirely custom approach.
A Better Understanding of Your Homesite
Building on mountain terrain comes with questions. We want purchasers to have as much useful information as possible before beginning the design process.
Survey, topographical, geotechnical and engineering work completed for the development can help establish a clearer understanding of individual homesites and the technical considerations involved in building on them.

Callisto Views is working with local home designers and builders to explore concepts for selected properties within the development.
One of those collaborations is with Nelson-based Purcell Timber Frame Homes, who are reviewing individual Callisto Views lots and exploring existing and custom home designs that could respond well to the terrain, orientation and views.
These concepts are not prescribed designs. They are simply a way to illustrate possibilities and help prospective purchasers begin imagining how a particular homesite could become their own.
